We are currently engaging Mark Pratten to do ongoing joinery work on our long term new self build housing project in North Wales.  His work is of a very high standard, admired by other participating trades for attention to detail.  He is innovative, courtious and reliable.  Highly recommended, but don't keep him to too long !  We need him to put in an appearance every so often to keep our job on track.

Originally I engaged Mark to lay laminate flooring in 2 sitting rooms and a large interior corridor but the superior quality of his workmanship led me to engage him to complete more work on a very old cottage which is being refurbished.  Mark has since put skirting (onto extremely uneven walls) into both sitting rooms and corridor, has built 2 sets of interior steps from oak, manufactured 2 large oak window sills for inside both sitting rooms and made oak thresholds between all of the rooms where the flooring was laid.  I cannot praise Marks craftmanship high enough and I was very impressed with the result.  I fully intend to engage Mark again.
